The award-winning gin’s botanical blend includes native lemon myrtle and Tasmanian pepperberry. Whole fresh oranges are also used, moving away from traditional peel.
Using the same botanicals as the Four Pillars Dry Gin the barrel aged gin from Four Pillars is then placed in a solera system of casks resting the gin rest in French oak barrels for between three-to-six months. Incredibly soft and smooth, it’s fantastic just over ice.
