The award-winning gin’s botanical blend includes native lemon myrtle and Tasmanian pepperberry. Whole fresh oranges are also used, moving away from traditional peel.
A gin specifically for the Negroni cocktail – something to cut through the Campari and vermouth. To do this, they boosted the amount Tasmanian pepperberry leaf and cinnamon used, and added Grains of Paradise, organic blood orange and ginger to the recipe.
