A bit of barnyard/forest floor type characters going on. It’s brooding, complex and layered up on red and black cherries. Briary, savoury with some mouth puckering tannins to finish. Adam Marks is a qualified viticulturist and winemaker with more than 25 years’ experience,  Disillusioned with large corporate winemaking, established Bress in 2001 with a desire to produce wines from fruit sourced from notable viticultural regions, using a minimal intervention approach in the winery.
