Made from Chardonnay & Pinot Noir this sparkling has spent 10 years on lees. The exceptionally fine bead showing excellent persistence. Yeasty baked bread aromas merge with some toastiness followed by some pear, cashew and light honeyed almond end notes. Rich and creamy the palate features flavours of honeyed roast almonds, yeast lees and toast with following citrus and light hazelnut. Finishes crisp and fresh with a long aftertaste of honeyed roast almonds, yeast lees, toast and hazelnut.
