Do you deliver to PO Boxes and multiple addresses?

 

For safety and security we cannot ship to any PO Boxes in Australia.

 

If you wish to have items sent to separate addresses, please complete a separate order for each address.

If you wish to place an order to different people at the same address (two people working at the same company for example), please complete a separate order for each person

 

What happens when no one is available to receive my delivery?

 

A card will be left advising you to contact our us or our shipping company and arrange a suitable time for delivery

 

 

Returns & breakages

You may return or exchange products that are  , wrongly described, different from a sample shown or are not fit for their intended purpose within a reasonable time after purchase. It must be in a saleable condition in its original, undamaged packaging. You may choose between a refund, exchange or a credit for the product. Replacement product will be shipped once the after the faulty item has been received by us.
